By accessing or using voucherkingnyc.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What VoucherKing Is

VoucherKing NYC is an informational listing platform. We connect NYC housing voucher holders with landlords who accept housing assistance programs. We are an independent private company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NYCHA, HPD, HRA, HUD, or any other government agency. We do not administer voucher programs or process applications for housing assistance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Listing Accuracy

Listings on the Site are provided by landlords and managed by participating real estate agents. VoucherKing makes reasonable efforts to keep listings current, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. You are responsible for independently verifying listing details, rent amounts, and program eligibility before signing any lease.

5. Payment Standards

Payment standard information on the Site reflects published 2026 figures from HPD, NYCHA, and HRA. These figures are informational only. Actual payment amounts are determined by your program administrator. VoucherKing is not responsible for discrepancies between published and actual payment standards.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
  • Attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Site content without permission
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Fair Housing

VoucherKing supports fair housing. Source of income discrimination — refusing to rent to voucher holders — is illegal under New York City Human Rights Law. We encourage all users to report suspected discrimination to NYC Commission on Human Rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by VoucherKing NYC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. VoucherKing does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any listing will result in a tenancy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoucherKing NYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
